This task is about looking into the Labdoo cron job and seeing if we can optimize both its execution time and the time it takes to load a first page after the cron job has run.

Hello all, Some of you noticed that recently geolocation maps were no longer showing up for dootrip objects. This issue has now been fixed and so you should now be able to geolocate dootrips again. Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for your patience! https://www.labdoo.org/content/dootrips-dashboard

Our algorithm to generate Edoovillage IDs had a bug in that when an old edoovillage was removed, in some cases it was not able to fill in and reallocate from that gap. This task is about fixing this issue.

This task involves the implementation of two advanced features that will be available only for superhub users:
  1. Implementation of an interface to allow users to clone one dootronic at large scale. Currently we can only clone one dootronic at a time. This feature will allow to clone a given dootronic N times in just 1 click, where N can be arbitrarily large up to a limit.
  2. ...

Inside the dootronic form, is there a field for the hub to record the donor's information without being publicly displayed to secure donor's privacy? I thought at one point we created the "Additional note" for that purpose? However, I just realized both Additional note and Techincal note are all open for the public view now. "Thanks!

May-be you can consider about similar visualization for other Labdoo items? (Solved: showing hub status in large letters) E.g. for dootrips "completed" and "fully loaded"?; for edoovillages "completed" and status of semaphore? for dootronics? status? Those cases where external users have a problem to see at a glance, if action is needed or not? Not urgent, just to make web-site...

Request 1 (higher priority): Send email notifications to all the collaborators when pictures are uploaded in en Edoovillage page. Email will be sent just like when the Dootronics status are updated (e.g. if the status dootronics is changed to S1 to S2, email notification is sent to the collaborators), except the trigger is when the pictures are uploaded not when the status are changed. ........

Recently Ralf brought up the point that some times even if a hub is marked as closed, users still try to contact that hub because it's not obvious to see that the hub is closed. This task is about adding a big sign on the dashboard of a hub that is closed clearly indicating such state. See below conversation exchanged with Ralf. ------- Hi Jordi, looks good. The German words are This...
