10 Laptops für die Wohnraumberatung - by teaching the People how to find a flat to move
-Recherche von Wohnungsangeboten: Nutzung von Online-Plattformen zur Wohnungssuche und -vergleich.
-Erstellung von Bewerbungsunterlagen: Anfertigung von Lebensläufen und Anschreiben für Wohnungsbewerbungen.
-Kommunikation mit Vermietern: Erlernen der Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail und Telefon für Besichtigungstermine.
-Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Entwicklung von Fähigkeiten für klare und professionelle Kommunikation mit Vermietern und Hausverwaltungen.
-Budgetplanung: Erstellung von Budgets für Mietkosten und finanzielle Planung.
-Online-Workshops und Schulungen: Teilnahme an digitalen Schulungen zu Themen wie Mietverträgen und Wohnungsbewerbungen.
