Aggregate Hashtags and content to our project wall(s)?

Hi Jordi, there is an older request to have a single page to place all our postings on and all posts on that page should be re-posted automatically to Facebook and Co. As this seems to be a complex and long lasting request I was thinking about getting the content from our social groups to the English, Spanish, German team wall (more or less the other way round).

E.g. https://walls.io/ offers this service as a (very expensive) commercial service. You can define one or more hashtags and these are watched and mirrored to a single (home)page.

Maybe there is a similar functionality offered by a Drupal module, you can use?

As you know, I am a fan of content in local languages, but not an expert for social networks. But it could be interesting to have one place (page) to collect and show all postings with hashtags #Labdoo, #LabdooDACH etc. So even not being a Facebook, LinkedIn etc. member you will be able to read and follow our online posts?

We could define which hashtags would be shown in which page, e.g.

#labdoo = shown on english page, maybe on all pages?
#labdooDACH = shown only on a German page
#labdooES = spanish page etc.

If such a Drupal module does not exist and programming it would cause too much work, please forget this idea...
