Laptop screen is highly dim due to fracture while delivering to my address. The screen is too dim like nothing is visible over it and also the keyboard are sounding while tapping... please help

Hi Labdoo Support team, I am currently a Data Science Degree course student at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. I got the Labdoo Laptop from a courier delivered to my address on last Monday (17th July 2023)...with the id no. 7D7525921.

When I opened it is having fracture on one joint of the upper and the lower part.
On first day, it atleast get opened and in working condition, only issue at the time I am facing is that it was little slow in speed may be due to wifi is not inbuilt.

But when I opened it the next consecutive day, the light of the display suddenly got dimmed. It is so dim like I am not able to see anything over it and it is sounding wherever I am tapping the keyboard buttons and still the issue is same.

Please help me on this...I need a laptop before next month starts...my programming courses will start soon.

Please help me...I am a very needy person at the moment I lost my father recently and it's so hard for my family now to buy one on our own.
