A potential laptop donor asked if Labdoo accepts laptops that is infected by virus. Is this an issue when sanitizing the laptops? There will not be an issue and Labdoo hubs can receive these laptops?

As long as you don't boot into Windows it s no problem at all. If you use the recommended installation tool Labtix or another Linux based OS to boot or a PXE based installation you will give the virus no chance to start and act. For safety reason do not connect an infected computer to your WiFi or LAN.
During the sanitation process you wipe the disc by shredding (overwriting) the disc and you will delete everything, including the virus. Next you clone an image - ready to reboot and the virus is history.
So you can tell the donor that you will be glad to receive it.
PS:
There are even more options using Linux - you can even read the disc drive when booted Labtix. Then you can copy special files or data from the laptop disc to an external USB disc drive, in case the virus-laptop has some data, the donor would like to keep.
