Labdoo.org e.V. (Germany)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The non-profit Labdoo.org e.V. supports the activities of Labdoo in Germany as a supporting association, without being an active part of the NGO (comparable to the supporting association of a school).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The association covers costs for spare parts, logistics, project requirements, etc. and supports Labdoo helpers who volunteer in their free time. Thanks to our volunteers and the many IT donors, flight sponsors and supporters, Labdoo.org usually works nearly free of costs. But sometimes there are costs for spare parts, repairs, logistics, etc. Then Labdoo.org e.V. steps in and takes over costs for our helpers as far as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. IT donations<\/strong>: Labdoo.org e.V. can issue donation receipts for IT or cash donations. In addition, the association can make declarations or sign in agreements. E.g. for companies an irrevocable waiver of warranty claims from IT donations can be issued upon request (to solve a specific German tax situation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Donations of money<\/strong>: Sometimes expenses cannot be avoided, e.g. for supply, spare parts, tools or logistics. Your donations help us to cover these project expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Current notice of exemption and confirmation of the non-profit status of the M\u00fclheim an der Ruhr tax office<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Since 2021, a simplified proof (account statement, online banking printouts and cash payment slips) has been sufficient as proof for the tax office for donations of up to \u20ac 300. A donation receipt will be sent for larger donations. For this we the name and address of the donor in the transfer text is mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Personnel structure<\/strong>: Labdoo.org is a grass-root initiative with several 1,000 registered volunteer worldwide, including several 100 helpers from Germany. The supporting association Labdoo.org e.V. does not employ any staff. The board of directors and all members of the association get involved on a voluntary basis, free of charge and bear their own costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    8. on the use of funds, profit and loss account<\/strong>: Labdoo.org e.V. operates on a low budget. All helpers work on a voluntary basis and bear any costs that may arise themselves.
