I just modified the global macro stats to show the noun 'School' instead of 'Edoovillage' because the word school is shorter and more compact and as the numbers are growing we need a bit more space. I also did that change on the Main Navigation Menu found on top of each page, which also helps to keep it more compact (this also helps when using smaller mobile devices to access labdoo.org). It does not mean that we stopped using the term "Edoovillage", both terms (school and edoovillage) can be used interchangeably. Some people like to say 'edoovillage;, some just say 'school', or even 'project', they are all valid forms.

:) Schools is even better than edoovillages. You know my opinion, don't like the artificial words. In the German translations and wikis we are using "Projekte" (projects) instead, which is more neutral. Labdoo supports schools, but also youth projects, refugees and integration projects, projects for girls and females, projects for handicapped people and many more. So the focus "schools" is too restricted? But don't worry. Think about it and decide, as you like. Schools is much better than edoovilages. Maybe one day there will be every day words also used for the other "doo"-words ;)

We have surveyed other people in the past... some people like edoovillages, some people like schools, some people love to have a word like "dootrip" (as they think it's cute and compact), some people prefer to use trip. It's a beautiful diverse world out there where there is no single solution but everyone comes up with their own creative ways of expressing their work :) . The idea is to be flexible with these terms while allowing for different translations too depending on the region.
