Update minimum requirements of donated laptops

As times are changing, we should as well update our minimum requirements of donated laptops. Actually we ask for at least Pentium IV (4) CPUs. Linux is well known for supporting older computers, but release by release (L)Ubuntu needs more RAM and CPU power.

So we recommend to drop Pentium 4 CPUs (end of 2001) and use min. Pentium M (mobile) CPUs (2003 ff.). Min. RAM of 512 MB, better 756 MB should be installed.

We are aware that from country to country the quality of donated computers is different, so this is just a informal suggestion.

I will take care of the German presentations, wikis, FAQs etc to be updated. If you are the responsible person to manage the documents in your native language, please check and updated them in your language, thanks.
