Some people did reply back to me and wish not to continue receiving our emails.
I noticed the line on the bottom of the event email " #To unsubscribe from this feed and/or manage your teams subscriptions go to https://www.labdoo.org/my-teams"
Since I am going to use email list to send out event notification and most of the people don't have a labdoo user account in the list, can they still unsubscribe by going to "https://www.labdoo.org/my-teams"? and will I get notified in order to remove those people from my email list?
If not, instead of go to https://www.labdoo.org/my-teams, please ask them to email us back at labdoo-hub-oc@labdoo.org

The message "#To unsubscribe from this feed and/or manage your teams subscriptions go to https://www.labdoo.org/my-teams" only shows up in this email template:
https://github.com/Labdoo/Labdoo/blob/master/translations/email-files/en...
Which means that people only receive this type of message if they have a Labdoo account. In that case, as explained by the message, they can go to https://www.labdoo.org/my-teams and click on "Unsubscribe" for the teams they no longer want to receive notifications.
People who don't have a Labdoo account will not receive this message. Could you double check which message they are receiving?
