@Wendy, i have implemented a new feature called "Labdoo Events" that i think will also help you manage better your events. In particular, i think you were asking for a feature to enable the managing of mailing lists so that people could register to events by themselves without the need to be part of a team or even the need to have a labdoo account. With this new Labdoo Events feature, you can allow people to register to your events using either their Labdoo username or their email address (without a Labdoo account), and as the event manager you can also send customized email messages to only the people who registered to that event. Hope this helps you.

This feature is explained here and will be soon announced to the rest of the labdooers.

Also,
(1) email doesn't get sent again with modification on the event. Can you help fix it?
(2) doesn't get shown as "bold", instead, it's using double quote. Is it normal?

Thanks!

- I fixed the first issue by not printing the time on the email, only the day. This way users won't get confused with different time zones. The email indicated the day, and for the exact time they can click on the URL.

- Yes, we do not resend emails when we modify any conversation or event to avoid too much spamming. If there is an error and you care about resending an email, i recommend deleting the event and creating a new one with the exact same title, this way the URL generated will be the same.

- I do not understand this: "doesn't get shown as "bold", instead, it's using double quote. Is it normal?", could you provide more info? thks.
