One is part of the general
One is part of the general Labdoo manual, the other is a standalone page used for the website footer (below this page, you will see "About Labdoo", "Glits", "Source Code / Development Team"). It's better to keep them separate to allow for separate translations. Some languages may only want to translate the footer, but not have enough resources to translate the whole Labdoo manual, and you cannot make partial translation of the manual and refer to a single chapter translation within a book (that would be messy). So the simple solution is to have separate copies. This does not happen very often, in fact i think this is the only replicated page in the whole English wiki.
