Thank you Jordi for fixing the issue. However, I have come across one error; a picture of it is attached below. After I finished typing in a new password and filling out the form for the new password page, I clicked on the "Submit" button and received the error message about the "Current Password" text box.

To check if my password had changed, I logged out and tried to log in again with my new password. It did not work so I am assuming that the code triggered by the "Submit" button needs to be changed.

Thanks Evelyn for reporting the error including the snapshot. That's strange, i just tried myself and it works ok. Please see the sequence of attachments, from requesting a password reset, changing the password and the confirmation that the password was correctly set. When you have a moment, could you repeat the process and take several snapshots of each of the steps? thanks.

i tried to do that but the form made me assign the conversation to a specific team so i chose this one because "software development" did not show up. i'm not sure why it didn't post correctly but i suspect it was because i'm not subscribed to the "software development" wall.
