Request for compliance to US Trademark

Perkins Coie LLP takes Labdoo as its Pro Bono client (free service) and helps us file trademark under Class 9, 35,42.

Here's suggestion from Kim Thompson@Perkins Coie LLP that we shall have "labdoo" (note: not labdoo.org) logo on pages other than home pages (eg. user login page, pls see example attached)

The Trademark Examiner has asked that we submit a substitute specimen of use to demonstrate use of the goods listed in class 9. Those goods include:

“Computer software, namely, computer software that facilitates the collection and refurbishment of used digital devices for distribution to users; computer software, namely, computer software that provides a user interface that enables donors and others to track donated digital devices as the devices move through a refurbishment and distribution system; refurbished digital devices”

An example of a suitable specimen could be a “label” that is placed on the laptops or a screenshot of the “software” while it is up and running. The label would need to be an actual shipping label that clearly displays LABDOO. We note the below web page which could possibly work if the mark LABDOO was put at the top of the page.

We currently have until June 8, 2016 to respond to this action.
