Thanks to a collaboration with HP in Barcelona, we have created carton posters that get printed (free of charge) by HP and we are distributing them away to all the Hubs near the area of BCN. So far we printed 12, but we will print more in 2017. In this link you will find the poster templates:

The poster helps give visibility to the Labdoo Hubs as many of these hubs are located in public spaces (small shops, schools, one town hall, etc.) so people walking by can learn about project Labdoo and where they can drop their unused laptops.
HP in Barcelona loves the idea so they print and send the posters to the hubs for free. Each poster comes with a carton-made foldable leg which is very handy as the poster can stand on its own.
I think if you talk with your local contacts (whether HP or any printing company nearby your region), you can probably achieve the same type of collaboration (some of you may already be doing that).
