With the help of Lisa from Hub Berlin, we are starting to prepare an article about Labdoo to be published in the Wikipedia for English. Lisa already published the German Wikipedia version, so she will help in this process too. I put together a draft of the article. Please if you'd like to make any edits, comments, feel free to do so.

hi Jordi, there is a very good summary of labdoo. For those who are doing some research it might be helpful to know something about the history of labdoo-I am not very common with this issue, else I would have tried to write a chapter myself. Maybe you can add it?

Yes, Lisa and I discussed about adding a section about the history of Labdoo. Here is our thinking:

Getting an article accepted at the Wikipedia is actually not an easy thing. The writing has to meet their very strict expectations and it needs to follow a very subjective/non-biased/fact based style. All the sentences in the text need to be carefully backed with references and proofs. Every statement needs to be very objective, not subjective and personal opinions are not acceptable. Articles are very often rejected because they find biases or personal opinions.

Lisa and I discussed this and we concluded that it is better to start first with a very simple article, which will be easier to be accepted. Once the simple article is accepted, we can always add more content to it, one step at a time, always under the approval of the reviewers. Gradual small changes are easier and more agile to be approved rather than large chunks of texts.

If we try to add a large article, then the risk of rejection increases, as well as the time to publication which could be delayed due to extra material to review.

So for now, we will not include the history of Labdoo (as much as we understand that this is important), but after this initial article gets accepted, we will then write a brief history and ask to be added.
