I created a wiki page with some templates (currently only in English and Catalan) that we can use from time to time to communicate with hubs and our regional user base. I send the Catalan page to all the hubs in the region of Catalonia to help them organize and find the tools.
I am letting you know in case you want to do the same to help communicate with your regional hubs. Feel free to create other templates.
This is what this page is for:
'From time to time, it is a good habit to send out an email to hubs in your area reminding them about the Labdoo tools that are available to help organize their laptop campaigns and sanitation events. For instance, for school hubs this message can be send out around early September as their yearly coursework starts. For other hubs (company, NGO, or home hubs) this message can be sent out anytime.'

Good idea :) But as hubs need a constant access to information and ideas I set-up special wiki pages for hubs in German, so hubs are able to read and stay informed https://www.labdoo.org/de/content/information-labdoo-hubs-de
The sub-pages contain information how the Labdoo association can support the hubs, recommend hardware and tools, how to do press work, special rates for storage rooms or rent-a-car, business-cards, poster for Labdoo hubs, how to set-up a local network of helpers, donors and much more.
As I saw other languages do not use wiki pages to inform their hubs and branches. Please consider about that and let me know, if you need my contribution, thanks.
The other way of communication is the team page, which is a really great help, as well. If there are actual news we post the message on the team wall of the DACH group - and every member is informed.
