Hello guys (sorry for the english, but I guess I can extrapolate this question later on to the english speaking walls)
Right now in Munich we are a bit short of requests for laptops.
I was thinking about starting to reach out some of the fordervereine that are based in Munich to offer them our laptops for their projects in their countries of action (to see if they can carry there them for us [or even vreate their own edovillages]).
My idea is basically start sending mails to these organizations I have seen as possible collaborators...my question is... do you know if there is any template I can use? (English/german/spanish would do it) Telling about our project, the software installed and how they can help?
If not, I will create and translate one...

I received the same request by mail from Padraic, Hub München a few days ago and answered it already. But here are the information again:
There is a German template for hubs covering most of the upcoming request: http://ftp.labdoo.org/download/documents/german/Unterlagen/Textbausteine.... See last entry for a text template how to contact other association in German. We do once to twice a year a mailing to about 3-400 associations in Germany, mainly helping schools.
If you are not able to get local project partners at Munich please refer to wiki https://www.labdoo.org/de/content/viele-wenige-it-spenden-flugpaten-oder.... Here you will find how to proceed if a hub has to many or few laptops.
