Hello everyone, the meeting today was brief and efficient. Kenny ran through the presentation he has been preparing with us. It is in essence, a combination of the prior two presentations we have made. It flows from the problem of electronic waste and the development divide to the solutions that Labdoo proposes. It finally finishes off with details on Labdoo on how people can get involved. I believe Kenny will upload the .pptx soon?

Current Tasks:

• Unfortunately, the recycling company did not contact us yet for the recycling tour. We expect to hear from him in the near future. Keep an eye out for another future doodle poll.
  
• Kenny is working on a presentation taking material from the previous two presentations (recycle + Dean Bras)
• Advertisement is key in the week before our Meet & Greet event and we will be posting fliers and posters on campus. 
• Kevin is to contact Morgan (EWB) and ensure we have a projector for Meet & Greet
• We need to find ewaste photos (and others) to incorporate into our ice breaker. Will someone volunteer for this?

Ideas

• For the Ice Breaker game we mentioned a zoom game where a group tries to create a unified story from a set of sequential pictures.
• Thinking for the pictures that we get some real thought provoking images about E-waste. I attached a few to get the ideas flowing!
