Tasks:

• Thanks to Matt's unyielding effort, we finally found a promising ewaste recycling company. They are even offering to give us a tour of their facilities next week, which we will organize.
• The QA team (Kenny, Fadi, and Jason) will be looking into Wikidoo and giving us an updated plan of action next week.
• The sticker design (see attached) is expected to be approved by Tuesday night.
• Kenny is working on a presentation taking material from the previous two presentations (recycle + Dean Bras)

Ideas:

We agreed to discuss, update, and remind ourselves of Labdoo's core goal and how each individual component (Wikidoo, Dooplet, Tags, etc) serve to achieve that goal. This is to assure that our presentation and our discussion with any new audience is clear.

With regards to meeting minutes and online agendas, we agreed to take meeting minutes on a rotation basis (Matt took this week's), but to have a tiered structure for our online material.

• Labdoo Website (uci.labdoo.org) [general members and interested people]
• Labdoo online document. [active members: for weekly activity and to do lists]
• Labdoo Facebook will serve as reminders for general members of events and funnel traffic towards uci.labdoo.org

The reasoning for this decision is to ensure that the audience with general interest will be presented with the core Labdoo mechanics and what Labdoo is when they visit the website. We believe that, for now, this will be a better use of the uci.labdoo.org space.
