06/12/2011 - Laptops sanitized and dootripped from California and Madrid, delivery in Uganda
Lots of Labdoo activities have been happening these past days and weeks. Here is a snippet of it...
Laptops were dootriped from San Jose (Northern California), to Irvine (Southern California), then sanitized by Labdoo volunteers. These laptops had originally come via a dootrip from Taiwan. Six of these laptops are scheduled to be dootripped to New York from where they will be routed to one of the Labdoo projects in Africa or Asia; and the rest to Central America.
In another dootrip, a student from UCI dootripped a laptop from San Diego to Irvine, where it now will be sanitized.
In Madrid, two laptops were dootripped to Uganda to the project "Art for Social Change" by inmovement.org. This is the first of a series of dootrips that are being organized toward the building of a computer lab in the local school. Check out below a picture from this mini mission accomplished!
More dootrips were recently also performed from Barcelona heading to Bosnia (via Rome), stay tuned for more news on this mini mission.
Happy tagging!
