05/31/2011 - Call for Laptops for Project in Uganda

Labdoo.org is currently accepting laptops for a school project in Kampala, Uganda.  The laptops will be used in collaboration with the NGO "inMovement.org, Art for Social Change" to build a computer lab at the local school.

Project information: Kampala EdooVillage.

The project will be carried out from Labdoo Hub Madrid, where laptops will be collected, sanitized and equipped with the Edubuntu's software education package, and dootripped to Uganda.

If you live in the region of Madrid, Spain, and have a laptop that you no longer use and would like to donate it to this project, tag the laptop and contact the Labdoo team at contact@labdoo.org.
